Terms of Service

01. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing Dexahost or using our custom web design and hosting services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a creative agency or artist collective, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these terms.

02. Custom Development & Dashboards

Dexahost provides bespoke web development (including but not limited to Landing Pages, E-commerce, and the Artist CMS). Ownership of the final front-end design is transferred to the client upon full payment, while the underlying Dexahost core infrastructure and proprietary dashboard code remain the intellectual property of Dexahost.

03. Hosting & Performance

We provide a 99.9% uptime guarantee on our NVMe-powered infrastructure. Maintenance windows for LiteSpeed server updates are typically scheduled during off-peak hours (GMT+1) to minimize disruption to your portfolio or storefront.

04. Acceptable Use

Our high-performance servers may not be used for illegal activities, spamming, or hosting malicious code. We reserve the right to suspend any custom dashboard found to be in violation of international cyber-security laws.

05. Billing & Service Fees

Subscription fees for hosting are billed monthly or annually. For custom design projects, a 50% commencement fee is required. Refund requests for development work are handled on a case-by-case basis prior to the final "Launch" phase.

06. Liability

Dexahost shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to loss of profits for e-commerce clients.
